Anna ciammitti deals with animations films, comics and illustrations.
She drawed a comic novel published by Beccogiallo: "La strage di Bologna" in 2006. she published short comics stories with the editors Beccogiallo, Centro fumetto Andrea Pazienza, Nicola Pesce e Round Robin.
From 1999 she publics various illustrations in childrens books, covers and catalogues. She lived in Barcelona, where she worked in a television serie of clay animation and where she made a video-clip in stop-motion chosen in various European animation film festivals. She began running comics workshops in some primary and high schools of Bologna, Turin, Milan, in the school of art of Maputo (Mozambique) and in the socio-cultural centre in Dakar (Senegal) through the associations "Africa and the Mediterranean" and "Hamelin"
Now she lives in Milan where she is working in the clay animation studio Fusako Yusaki. |
